Marie-Claire has 27 years of experience in schools culminating in the founding and executive leadership of  a 6 school federation. In 2021, driven by a desire to support leaders, she set up MClairity Consulting specialising in leadership development coaching and facilitating workshops. Marie-Claire also facilitates, assesses, and moderates on national qualifications for headship, exec leadership. SENCO and facilitates on  ECT and ECM programmes.
