Louise is a Deputy Headteacher (overseeing Safeguarding, Behaviour, EDI and Attendance) in Greater Manchester. She is also the co-founder of Mix-Ed, a platform for mixed- race/dual heritage educators. Louise is a strong proponent of attachment and trauma-informed practice and believes that racism causes trauma. Her aim is to create trauma-informed, anti-racist Schools.
