Before joining DRM in August 2022, Olivia worked as a Primary School Teacher and Early Years Practitioner in the South Coast of England. Her love of Early Years and creative learning was a key part of her classroom ensuring all children had opportunities to express themselves. She is excited to be a part of DRM's new DfE funded project 'Embracing Difference, Ending Bullying' to be able to help make schools more inclusive and diverse. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys aerial yoga, running down by the beach and baking.
