Mahlon is an experienced educator and EDI consultant with extensive participation in the fields of learning, professional & personal development. Prior to leaving the UK, Mahlon led two successful Humanities faculties in inner-London schools, and developed both national and cross-national curricula for initial and continuing teacher education. Since leaving the UK for Toronto in 2018, Mahlon stepped into consulting to hone his coaching skills and expertise across a range of organizational bodies. In 2021 he returned to education as the Director of EDI at an all-through Independent Girl’s focused School, making use of his ability to understand and convey differences of identity in accessible, but no less challenging ways.
